I can't thank Ben and the gang enough for looking after me.

I had an operation on my spine (discectomy) after a farming accident when I was young. The op mean't I could work again but every 2-3 months my back would go and I'd have to spend a week or two in bed. I'm a farmer so this would lost me alot of money each time it happened and I was gradually getting worse.

I'd tried massage, physio, chiropractic and pain killers but nothing would stop it coming back. I then went to see Ben (osteopath) 3 years ago and he was able to put my back right. I haven't had any back pain or problems since and I still work hard. I get regular check ups and maintenance at the clinic and I can't thank Ben and the gang enough for looking after me.

Mike Phelps, Farmer, Somerset. Sept. 2013 Low back Pain

Within weeks of receiving treatment my headaches had started to disappear, my sparkle returned and I’m now enjoying life again!.

When I came to see Ben I had been suffering with severe headaches for nearly a year after a nasty fall. I'd had scans and tests done but they didn't show anything so my doctor gave me pain killers. During that year I noticed a dramatic change in my moods, sleeping pattern and personality. I was unhappy and depressed which isn't like me at all.

I was fed up so I decided to try osteopathy as a last resort. I was a bit nervous when I went but Ben did lots of tests and reassured me that everything would be fine. He found a problem with my neck which he thought was causing the problem. Within weeks of receiving treatment my headaches had started to disappear, my sparkle returned and I'm now enjoying life again! No matter what your ailment, it is worth coming to see Ben to see if he can help.

Thank you Ben.

after each treatment I could feel it getting easier and less painful. Now it is much much better and I am able to walk normally again.

Hi, my name is Janet and I came to Ben just a year ago, after my husband collapsed and I had to pick him up off the bathroom floor. Unfortunately it gave me a really terribly painful back injury and I could hardly walk. After seeing the doctor and being prescribed ten pills a day for pain relief I decided to see Ben, who was recommended to me by a friend. After a few weeks of treatment I’m delighted to say my back is completely healed, my life is back to normal and I can do everyday tasks without any medication.

More recently, I damaged the tendons in my foot which weren't healing and were stopping me from walking. Ben has used deep tissue laser therapy and after each treatment I could feel it getting easier and less painful. Now it is much much better and I am able to walk normally again.

I now get regular treatments and I can honestly say I have more energy, a better sense of well-being and I can live my life to the full. After treatment I feel more mobile and relaxed so it's worth every penny.

Janet Temperton, Wells. Jan. 2014 Mid and Low Back Pain - Tendon Damage To Foot

I have seen a marked improvement and reduction in pain and I am back working on my golf swing again.

Some 9 months ago I read a small item on Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) which seemed "too good to be true" so I started reading it up on the internet. I am not trained in the main sciences involved but could understand enough to believe that the fundamentals were sound ie. Using photons produced by low level emissions from lasers and light emitting diodes (LED's ) to stimulate cellular activity into producing beneficial chemicals which reduce pain and inflammation. Research into this technology has been conducted since 1967 and its application is wide spread in many countries in particular America, Canada. The NHS employ it in at least 5 hospitals for pain management in their oncology departments.

My interest was to treat degenerative spondylolisthesis in the lumbar region of my spine following a fall some 6 years ago which was making even the task of putting socks on most painful. It had not responded to acupuncture and physiotherapy and was being managed by painkillers (paracetamol and tramadol).

In general my problems are the result of wear and tear from a life of mountaineering and playing squash.

I started a course of LLLT about 8 months ago and after a few sessions there was a dramatic improvement in my back which continues to this day. Following that success I have had treatment for cervical spondylosis which for many years has given me headaches. I have also had a recent problem with my hip (due to arthritis) which Ben and the team have treated. In both cases I have seen a marked improvement and reduction in pain and I am back working on my golf swing again.
